How to add page numbers to PDF documents

  1. Upload your document by clicking Select File or dragging it in.
  2. Choose your numbering alignment: Bottom Center or Top Center.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it overwrite text that is already in my headers or footers?

Our tool draws pagination text at a set coordinate margin (30px from bottom/top). We recommend checking that your margins are clear to prevent overlay text clashes.
